What to use for colon cleansing? Dr. Natura's Colonix?

I really want to do a colon Cleanse, but im not sure what to do or what to use. I was pretty convinced to use Dr. Natura's Colonix, but then i read somewhere that it is a scam. I don't know what to believe anymore. Can anyone with experience help me out? I just want to know what to do or use for a first time Colon Cleanse. If you know Dr. Natura's Colonix is not a scam, let me know if it really worked for you. Thanks.

It is just psylium seed the same thing as Metamucil and some herbal laxatives.

Colon Cleanses in general are scams. There is no "impacted" stool residing in your colon etc. you feel better because of the change in the amount of water that is going through your colon walls.

Having enough fiber in your diet is always important. If you want ot lose weight the colon cleanse is just temporary. If you feel bloated it will make things worse. Eating a good yogurt daily or taking a quality pro biotic supplement will do more than a cleanse will.

I eat a lot of air popped popcorn. Very high fiber
