what is a good Colon Cleanser?
ive thought about doing a colon cleanser but i have no clue which would b a good 1..also any suggestion to good detox methods like a good capsule...i'm clueless,plz any suggestions?
Don't waste your money on the kits - they're generally all the same thing.
Go out and purchase some fiber, like a can of metamucil or something, and a box of senna tea (I prefer smooth move by traditional medicine - it doesn't taste too bad!).
Fiber in the morning, senna tea at night before bed. Be careful with the senna tea if it's your first time...
